French second Amending Finance Bill for 2017 and Finance Bill for 2018 published

The second Amending Finance Bill for 2017 and the Finance Bill for 2018, which were both approved by the French Parliament on 21 December 2017, were published in the Journal Officiel, respectively on 29 December 2017 and 31 December 2017.

These two Bills are therefore final and applicable.

Also, none of the measures summarized in the previous EY Global Tax Alert, French Parliament approves Finance Bill for 2018 and second Amending Finance Bill for 2017, dated 22 December 2017, were challenged by the Conseil constitutionnel (French Constitutional Council).
