 A guide to the legal risks created by Brexit and how to manage them

Risk is one of the red-flag dangers for businesses around the world today. Whether the risks are due to market uncertainty, business disruption, legal noncompliance or political developments like Brexit, it is critical for today’s corporations to fully identify, quantify and mitigate their risks. This guide provides basic information on the legal issues associated with a number of different business objectives and sectors, as well as a set of Brexit-related questions to ask.
