Peruvian Congress approves Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters

On 17 May 2018, the Peruvian Congress enacted Legislative Resolution 30774, approving the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (the Convention).

The Convention was signed by Peru on 25 October 2017. According to Peruvian legislation, the Convention requires the approval of the Congress and the ratification of the President. Once ratified by the President, the Convention will enter into force three months after said ratification.
