Implementing the European Union’s Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive: Countdown now on

The deadline for European Union (EU) member states to adopt the EU's Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD) measures into national law is fast approaching, with most of ATAD I scheduled to be fully implemented and in effect beginning 1 January 2019. Businesses operating in the EU are preparing for the new changes and evaluating their existing financing, intellectual property and supply chain structures.
