India's The Code on Wages, 2019 bill is an amalgamation of the four central labor laws relating to wages and bonus. The Code on Wages, 2019 has received the assent of the President of India and was published in the Official Gazette on 8 August 2019. While the date of entry into force of the Code has not yet been notified, it is important that relevant provisions are analysed to understand the impact on compliance.  

During this live EY webcast, we will discuss the relevant provisions of the Code and how it impacts compliance.
