Panama Pacifico Agency suspends administrative proceedings due to national state of emergency declaration in Panama

Given the current situation in Panama due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to mitigate the spread of the virus, the Panama Pacifico Agency1 (the Agency) issued Administrative Resolution No. 032-2020 of 2020 (the Resolution), suspending administrative proceedings from 26 March 2020, until the national state of emergency is lifted.

The Resolution also limits the hours the Agency will be available to the public. The Agency will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. However, the Agency could attend to cases of extreme urgency on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
