The decree also establishes that, when the Executive Power declares a national sanitary emergency, as is currently the case, the Ministry of Public Health may issue a provisional registration for those medical supplies that are manufactured, distributed and marketed in Uruguay. The Ministry of Public Health will determine the requirements that companies must meet to receive a provisional registration.
