How the tax function can help rebuild trust

With more data changing hands and more technology used in decision-making (see “Creating a connected tax function that builds trust” below), trust is more important than ever. But it’s not just about getting the numbers right - that’s the baseline. Trust is the social contract that is the foundation of all successful tax systems. As societal distrust and suspicion increase, tax has an opportunity to close the trust gap via education and transparency. An EY article provides details.
