17 September 2020 Register now! 28-29 September 2020 | UAE announces changes to Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) – what does it mean for you? The UAE Ministry of Finance has recently enacted significant changes to ESR through the Cabinet of ministers Resolution No. (57) of 2020 dated 10 August 2020, together with the guidance issued by the Ministerial Decision No. (100) of 2020 dated 19 August 2020. While the updates to the legislation provide further clarity, businesses will need to assess or reassess their ESR positions in light of these changes. During the webcast EY Tax teams will: - Discuss key changes introduced by the updated ESR and its impact on various businesses
- Share practical insights on ESR, leveraging the experience with participation of the relevant EY Tax teams across the globe (Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Jersey and Bahrain) where similar regulations have already been implemented
- Highlight the relevant action points and key next steps required to meet the upcoming deadlines
Q&A will be included in this 60-minute webcast. We look forward to you joining us.
