In December 2020, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) issued a guidance on transfer pricing implications of the COVID-19 pandemic (OECD Guidance). While some taxpayers have been proactive in amending their transfer pricing policies, others are still considering whether and how to implement this guidance.
