Tuesday, 29 June 2021 | Driving Finance and Tax Digital Transformation with Cloud Technology (10 am BST)

Hosted by EY Accelerated Cloud Finance

Change and disruption are becoming the `new normal` for organizations, with the Finance and Tax function being increasingly impacted by these trends.

Finance organizations aim to provide integrated value to the business and transform the role of the Chief Financial Officer to `Chief Value Officer`, ensuring your organization has the core processes and platforms are fundamental to get right from the very beginning.?

With an explosion of systems, continued M&A activity, and an influx of data and business needs, it can be challenging to create a seamless and integrated finance function that can grow and provide integrated value to organizations.?

In addition to these challenges, the tax function has had to rapidly adapt to a digital economy in recent years. The rise of digital administrations and digital reporting requirements across the globe have seen tax functions finding it harder to meet the ever-changing requirements on a timely basis. This is a continuing trend that calls for a transformative approach in the ways organizations manage their tax-relevant data, processes, and systems.

We will discuss:

  • The disruptors and challenges facing Finance and Tax organizations today
  • EY’s perspective on the best practice to enable your transformational vision
  • How the Microsoft platform is an enabler of transformation
