08 November 2021 Tuesday, 30 November 2021 | M&A environment and emerging tax trends (4 pm CET) The global M&A market has been extremely active with a reported value of over US$6.7t in the period from July 2020 to September 2021. Over US$4t of that was reported from January to September 2021, highlighting how busy 2021 has been. There also continues to be strong momentum in the deal market as a result of record levels of dry powder allocated to buyouts held by private equity and venture capital firms globally.
