Singapore requires individuals applying to obtain or renew immigration passes to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of February 2022

Effective 1 February 2022, individuals applying to obtain new work, long-term, student and/or dependent passes, and those who apply to renew their existing passes or become permanent residents of Singapore, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with limited exceptions.
