Portugal publishes regulations relating to multiple immigration categories

The Portuguese authorities recently published Regulatory Decree No. 4/2022 (the Regulation), which implements and provides greater clarity regarding Law 18/2022. The Law introduced significant changes to the rules governing the entry and right of residence of foreign nationals in Portugal. The Regulation goes into effect on 30 October 2022.
