UK implements changes to multiple visitor and worker categories

The United Kingdom (UK) Home Office published updated immigration rules which go into effect on 9 November 2022. The new rules follow the Statement of Changes published last month, and impact foreign visitors and workers, and individuals seeking to reside in the UK under the Ukraine Extension Scheme.
