European Union set to increase Schengen C Visa fees effective 11 June 2024

Effective 11 June 2024, applicants above the age of 12 will be subject to a C Visa application fee of EUR 90 (up from EUR 80 currently), while the fee for children between the ages of six and 12 will increase to EUR 45 (up from EUR 40 currently). As is the case currently, children under the age of six will not be subject to any fee. Nationals of countries that are deemed “non-cooperative” by the EU (i.e., those that do not repatriate their expelled citizens from EU Member States) may be subject to higher application fees ranging between EUR 135 to EUR 180.
