Thursday, February 27 | How to prepare for the EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance (7:30 a.m. ET; 12:30 p.m. London)

The EU pay transparency webcast focuses on the principle of equal pay for "equal work" and "work of equal value." The European Union's Pay Transparency Directive, enacted in May 2023, obliges Member States to transpose the Directive into local law by 7 June 2026.

Our webcast offers perspectives from five key jurisdictions (Germany, France, Spain, UK and Sweden) regarding the potential challenges employers may face in complying with this directive.

The panel will offer a mix of legal interpretation, as well as general guidance for clients and contacts, targeting CHROs, general counsels, talent teams and HR data leads.
