Algeria extends filing deadline for 2024 Annual Tax Returns and TP declarations

  • On 14 April 2025, the General Directorate of Taxes announced an extension for the submission of annual tax returns and transfer pricing (TP) declarations for the 2024 fiscal year from 30 April 2025 to 1 June 2025.
  • This extension applies to the Annual Income Tax Declarations (Forms G No. 04 and G No. 11), the Annual Declaration of Salaries and Wages (Form G No. 29), and the electronic filing of the Annual Transfer Pricing Declaration.
 

On 14 April 2025, the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) officially announced an important update for all taxpayers regarding the submission deadlines for the 2024 fiscal year. Specifically, the submission deadline has been extended from 30 April 2025 to 1 June 2025.

The deadline for filing the Annual Income Tax Declarations (Form G No. 04 and G No. 11), along with their respective annexes, as well as the Annual Declaration of Salaries and Wages (Form G No. 29), has been extended.

Additionally, this extension applies to the electronic filing of the Annual Transfer Pricing Declaration.
