How companies can prepare for the USMCA review

The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), which entered into force on July 1, 2020, as the successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), established a modernized framework for North American trade. Among its innovations is the review and sunset mechanism, which ensures the agreement is regularly evaluated and updated to reflect evolving economic and regulatory conditions.
