Brazil announces electronic visitor visa for nationals of the Chinese Mainland attending events or exhibitions

Effective March 2026, Brazil began accepting applications for Electronic Visas (eVisas) from nationals of the Chinese Mainland, if they are visiting Brazil solely for the purpose of attending events or exhibitions. The eVisa application fee is approximately USD 93, with processing times typically around 10 business days. Applicants are advised to apply at least one month in advance of travel to avoid potential delays.
