26 March 2026 Wednesday, April 1 | Beyond IEEPA: What the current trade and tariff landscape means for your business (11 am ET) The US Supreme Court recently held that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize President Trump to impose tariffs. However, the ability for companies to obtain refunds on amounts collected under IEEPA is uncertain and the President has moved to use other existing authorities which may raise additional legal challenges.
