Algeria extends filing deadline for 2025 Annual Income Tax and Transfer Pricing Declarations

  • On 16 April 2026, the General Directorate of Taxes announced an extension from 30 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 for the submission of annual tax returns and transfer pricing declarations for the 2025 fiscal year.
  • This extension applies to the Annual Income Tax Declarations (Forms G No. 04 and G No. 11), the Annual Declaration of Salaries and Wages (Form G No. 29), and the electronic filing of the Annual Transfer Pricing Declaration.
 

On 16 April 2026, the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) officially announced an important update for all taxpayers regarding the submission deadlines for the 2025 fiscal year. Specifically, the submission deadline has been now extended from 30 April 2026 to 30 June 2026.

The deadline for filing the Annual Income Tax Declarations (Form G No. 04 and G No. 11), along with their respective annexes, as well as the Annual Declaration of Salaries and Wages (Form G No. 29), has been extended.

Additionally, this extension applies to the electronic filing of the Annual Transfer Pricing Declaration.
