Saudi Arabia intensifies labor compliance inspections

On 13 May 2026, Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announced the results of its compliance and inspection activities for the first quarter of 2026, highlighting intensified monitoring and enforcement across private sector establishments. In line with the objectives of "Vision 2030" to support and empower national talent, and ensure the effectiveness of Saudization decisions, the MHRSD continues to implement large-scale inspections and digital monitoring to ensure compliance with labor laws and employment practices.
